How long does a WD Hard Drive RMA take normally?

I did the advance RMA where they ship me a new rectified hard drive first. Then I send them the broken old one back.

Requested RMA on Wed. morning and it still says it has not shipped.

depends on what drive you're RMA'ing and availability. If you're concerned, email customer support with the RMA # and see what's up. I've had good luck with WDC support, but it's been a couple years since my last RMA (and I've only done standard RMA)

Every time I've done an A-RMA with WD they usually shipped by the second day at the latest. They probably have stock problems as said above.
