Here is the backstory:
I sold an item over Ebay for $120 on March 25th and promptly shipped it the following morning. On May 5th, 41 days later, the person I sold it to decides to cancel thier payment. Or perhaps thier credit was bad.
Anyway, Paypal charged me with the balance. They sent me an email stating that I could give them a tracking number and I wouldn't be at fault. I followed their procedure and provided the tracking number the following day.
Even more crazy, the Ebay buyer gave me positive feedback on May 9th. It's now May 26th and no response from Paypal. 3 weeks and my case is still pending.
Does anyone know how long these type of thing takes? Thanks.
