How long do Z28 Camaros usually last?

I found a fairly cheap (4500$) 1996 Camaro Z28. It has 146k though.

How long do they last before they have engine or tranny problems?

It depends on they are driven WHSLacrossekid, I had an '85 and it was solid IMO.

5.7 should be pretty bulletproof. But, those cars are usually driven hard so I'd watch out.

Which trans is in it?

I am a Ford/Dodge guy but the sbc and the trannys behind them all seem to hold up pretty well.
