how long do you wait on a ebay seller

I bought a set of poker chips on ebay on friday and got an email from him and paid right away (friday night) using paypal

since then I have not heard anything even though I sent 3 emails.

user rating is over 93% and all the recent negative/average ratings were based on the lack of answers to questions and slow shipping, while most of the positives said he was the fastest shipper they had worked with.

now going back through all the negatives I found 2 months ago that claimed he took money and never sent the item for a pair of concert tickets.

any suggestions about how long i should wait or the next action i should take
 
friday night to monday isnt that long i dont think...access to a computer over the weekend isnt always 100% thing as many of us seem to think sometimes
I say wait till tues/weds for a responce...
