How long do you sit on the toilet?

I biggest fear is hemmroids. I've had them before, so I guess I should make it quick.

5-15 mins for me. I think on very rare occasions I've stayed longer. Usually by about 15 mins my daughter's banging on the door asking me to hurry up so I can play My Little Pony or Barbie with her.

Seriously, if it's not coming out within a minute of sitting down then it's best to just get up and wait till the peristaltic action to kick in and tell you it's time. Drink more water, eat more fiber, do more exercise.

I have a toilet tablet, I have 5 sites bookmarked it in, I go through each every morning, so it depends upon the content of those sites, but definitely not more than 10 - 12 minutes.
