Been 11 days now since I returned a case and they said they received it and would process my refund. Still waiting, is it normal to take this long?

24-72 hours in my experience. Call them and ask them what is going on.

I agree. Keep on them. I would call them every other day until you get your refund.

How did you pay them? Paypal or a credit card? You could contact whoever processed the payment to them. Just a thought. I have never had a problem before so just trying to help.

Just called them, they said the guy who processes refunds is traveling and I'll get my money back by next week.

Thoughts?

Sounds like a real legit operation they are running.

I'd call up my CC right now and dispute the charges. Possibly even file with the BBB. It has been eleven days already as you say and they expect you to wait even more time until next week? What a joke.

I recieved an email from the lady called Eve, on the 20th of June saying she herself would process my refund the week of the 20th. I just spoke with her on the phone and now she says theres a guy who does it and he is traveling?

Why can't she do it then? Dispute the charges with the CC company ASAP.

I used my Debit Card from Washingtong Mutual with the VISA symbol on it. Can I still dispute the charges?

Called Washington Mutual, they said I should give the company till the time the person I spoke with on the phone said. Then I should dispute if they still havent done it. They said since the said company gave me an RMA number and I have proof from UPS that I sent the item back, that Im pretty much covered.

Thoughts anyone?

You should be covered since you do have the proof of return. However, it is still pathetic that you were promised a refund the week of the 20th yet you have received nothing. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

It has to do with hardware he returned, so why wouldn't it be? Besides, who f'ing cares? He has a question and he's getting an answer. He's happy and we're happy giving it to him.

If you have an RMA number and the UPS receipt, then you're fine. Just wait for the company. It's not a bad idea to file a complaint with the BBB, though. It might speed them up in the future. As for the credit card, just chill. Trust me, you'll get your money back from the credit card company, they just don't want to file the claim if you're going to get the refund. Disputing charges is ridiculously easy.
