It's easy to induce some of us to puke. The very thought of eating a slightly bad egg makes me nauseous, so I play it really safe.

If it really does reach a point after two weeks where the yolk isn't even contained, then that to me means it has begun to go bad.

eggs will stay good 2-3 months if refridgerated.
