how long can you sit for?

kind of annoying when my job requires me to basically sit and stare at my screens for 8 hours/day.

a standard domestic iron mad...er I mean airline seat gets unbearable after about 3-4 hours

I used to be able to sit for quite a while and not have any problems. Now, I am lucky if I can go an hour in a really comfortable chair. I now have a bad "tailbone". Damn roller derby!

1-1/2 hours tops. With my FUBAR'D back, I GOTTA get up and move around every hour or so...

Not only is it for my comfort, but it's also doctor's orders...as well as from the physical therapists.

I have to sit for about 3-4 hours before I get a break...well supposed to. I can only sit for about 30 minutes and I get bored so I have to get up and move around.
