Yeah, and that guy was pretty silly too, he stayed in the same place they KNEW he was at the whole time. If you just moved to somewhere else then you could be alot better off. Really the biggest thing is you have to be able to let go of everyone you knew before, most fugitives get caught trying to contact people they knew before or going right back to where they always lived, you need to just forget about your old life and then move on.

yea, it would be VERY easy to hide from the govt in India. Here in the US, you'd have to be very self-sufficient to hide from the govt and not be on the run constantly
