How long can raw shrimps last in fridge?

Last night I bought them raw, already beheaded and deveined. I deshelled them and de-tailed them myself that nigh.

I have one more serving left over for tonight, but I think I'll save it til tomorrow. That's almost three full days.

Would that be ok? The deli dude said "I wouldn't let it go for more than a day."

Should I freeze it?

I'll just eat it tomorrow lunch. I doubt I'll see any difference after they're stir fried. That's only... 16 hr delay.
