how long can one space out workouts?

I spent jan and feb doing a lot of physical activity (jacks, pushup, situps, biking). I put on 15 lbs also. I've started to space out my workouts to about once a week. I find that I can still do the same number of reps for each activity, and I haven't noticed a drop in muscle tone. Will I lose it if I keep to once a week training?
