How long can keyboard/mouse cables be?

I'm trying to relocate the receiver for a wireless keyboard about 15 ft away from the pc (putting in front of the tv for a home theater pc)

I found some 20ft cables but I don't know if this is in spec.

My friend just bought extender cables like these so he could put his computer in the closet... they work really well.

I've seen cables that are 10 meters in length as the maximum length can be increased with thicker wires. The voltage drop should not exceed 10% between the PC and the keyboard....I think you are safe with that distance as long as it's PS2.
