How long can a puppy survive in a microwave before suffering damage?

So, it seems when you buy a puppy anymore they inject a "Lo-Jack" tracking device. Well, the surest way to toast electronics is a microwave. Unfortunately, microwaves arent organic material complaint. So, i wanna zap the Lo Jack but not the puppy.....How long you think a puppy can sit in a microwave before suffering tissue damage or other damaging efects? I only need maybe 5 seconds at most to get the Lo Jack device..... Think the puppy can handle 5 seconds?
