How long before you leave negative Heatware

An un-named person as of now agreed to partial Paypal me prior to me shipping him something but did not. He received the package confirmed by UPS on the 17th but has not gotten back to my emails or telephone message.

He has good Heatware so I am hoping he did mess around but how many days would you give it?
