How long before my internet get shut down?

Well i live in a dorm, and my bandwidth is capped. I dont know where the cap is. I installed Mytunes and went on a rampage getting music. Currently I am up to 2.25gb downloaed with probably and equal ammount in the queue. When do you think the big guys upstairs will pull the plug on my internet?

I downloaded 30gb in a week and I think they ninja capped my p2p ports.

see I was gonna seperate it into 1gb chunks and download one per day, but then I decided against that thought and just said fvck it. 2.43gb deep ATM

they didnt cap internal network traffic at my school

coudl pull 20 gigs a day if i wanted to, they didnt care, we didnt have an external cap either, however they limited the speed

The university I'm planning to go to caps you at 1GB per day IIRC - I hope that's internet traffic only.

OTOH, SBC DSL hasn't complained when I've pulled several GB per day a few times (I just can't seem to come up with enough stuff to download to exceed that).

our school isnt big enough to have campus police. we only have 220max living in the dorms. Right now we got about 200 there. The RAs and RLAs act as cops, and when things go crazy they call the real police.

like two nights ago when my roomate got the cops called on him.

At my school the only cap they have is a daily upload cap of 5 gigs

they usually cap your cable/dsl modem via mac address... u can try a new modem if it doesn't have to be registered with your provider.

This isnt a great story cause I dont remember alot of it, and have only been told bits and pieces.

We were drinking. First we had a fith of Captain mo. And we were happy. This was around 4:30. Then we decided to go tap into the handle that we bought for the superbowl. We told ourselves "WE will only hae a few shots". That held up until the bottle was opened. WE drank it down to about a third of the bottle. Here is where my memory goes and all I know is what ive been told.

So apparently we were running down the halls making as ass of ourselves, trying to buy weed and seduce women. Later, this guy offended my roomate somehow. Keep in mind the guy has a broken leg and is on cruches. Well my roomate tried to fight him and tackled him to the ground. Later the cops were called and we talked to them in our room. Apparently my roomate talked his way out of beign arrested.

When I awoke there are many things I cant explain. I had a bag of popcorn in my pocket (unpoped). 3 empty cans of doctor pepper. A hikey on my neck (still havent figured out how that got there), some teeth marks on my forearm and a bag of chips. I had also changed my shirt.

Its not a great story cause I honestly dont know what happened, and still cant get all the details. MY roomate got written up for verbal assault at 11:23PM that night. Thats all we know.
