how long before lunch do you start slacking?

I've noticed lately that with a half hour till lunch I start slacking a bit...anyone else do this? it's a cousin of the end of day slack when there's only a half hour left and you do jack ****** for the rest of the day
 
I usually start slacking around 8:15 (I get to work at 8) then continue to slack until I leave at 4, ocassionally I will have to do work in between.

I have been slacking a lot this whole week, but I think it is because I have burnt out a little, working too hard. I need to taka vacation.
