I've never heard of not being able to eat before a physical...unless you mean that test you gotta take when you're older than 50 and they make you walk on a treadmill and such...totally 's me. I do not look forward to 50.
You should not eat 8-12 hours before a physical because the food you ate will give an inaccurate result to blood tests concerning blood sugar, cholesterol, tryglycerides, etc...
