how long are the accual dimm slots?

Do you mean how long, as in cm/in? I think they may vary between SDRAM, DDR, and DDR2.

I don't have a ruler handy, but I would "guesstimate" around 5-6 in.

Is there any particular reson you need to know? Seems like an odd question.

yea im trying to figure out how tall the accualy sticks of memory are and i cant find the demitions on corsairs site so im using math..math is your friend
