How long an overclocked Qx9650 would last?

How long would it last running 24/7 at like lets say 4ghz? What about higher like 4.5ghz?

It just depends on what voltage you use, it takes a lot to kill a processor nowadays.

It will last long past the time it is obsolete.
Overclocked P4s, PIIIs and PIIs are still going strong.
