How little do you have to make to be considered poverty level in Canada?

I think I made it but not 100% sure, I am just a college student, but I made more than I thought I would so I am wondering if I will get my income taxes back this year.

ok good, I made just over $14000. I don't understand how anyone that works full time could make less than that though. I only work part time and during the summer, so either some people are really lazy or something... maybe its just our higher minimum wage in BC... $8 per hour. Yeah tuition pushes me below the limit. I get money back for taxes then!!

god damn where does it all go?

Yeah I was trying to figure that out as well. But then I realized I probably spent $2000-$2500 on gas, another $1600 on insurance, then $4000 on school, and all the other stuff I bought, I still have a couple grand that I have no idea where it went though.
