using the standard cut and copy procedure in windows?
I move TONS of files, but I never check to make sure they are moved correctly. They always are. Is there a chance the moved file will be corrupted sometimes?
Chances are very low unless you have a flaky memory chip or a failing HD or even a problem with the sata or IDE controller. Even a wonky cable can cause it, but these are rare occurances.
