How is UPS ground so fast?

I am just wondering how is UPS ground done in just 3 days. I got a newegg package which actually came on time, I was surprised.

Are they sending more trucks to drive the whole way strait or do they have some canons shoot them down. Maybe that is why they sometimes come damaged.

UPS 3 Day from NewEgg gets to me in ONE day 99% of the time. :Q

From Anand's article on Newegg, I believe they have all of their warehouses placed nationally so that any package will be delivered within three days.

Warehouses > CA > TN > NJ

Newegg is really working on the 3Day.
It would be grounded if close and conditions allow 3 day or it will be 3 Day select if ground conditions cannot be met.

So yeah no 3 Day select if you live within 30mins of the warehouse 😀

Sounds like an oxymoron to me. NewEgg has a warehouse close to you, that's good. For other resellers though, ordering something that ships from CA to NC via UPS Ground takes minimum 5 business days, almost always 6-7.
