"How is this system"

I'm building a relatively cheap system for the first time:

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ VENICE
Asus A8N-E nforce4
Sapphire X800XL
Western Digital 80gb SATA

Undecided on case and RAM


Any tips/help?

Hmm. you might go for some TwinMos, Corsair or OCZ dual channel memory.. can be pretty cheap. For the case: i have a q50a from Aopen here... its a nice case not verry special and with me it came with a 300W PSU and 120mm fan on the back. Id suggest you take an Tagan or OCZ PSU with at least 400W.

That case is nice and quiet, also comes with a quality 380W PSU, I see you don't already have one selected so this is a good option for you.
