Im buying two pairs of these... how are they? good? bad? ... i dont plan on overclocking

Does the board support ECC? Is ECC neccesary for you? If not its more money that you dont have to spend...

In that case no. Instead of paying the extra for ECC, spend the extra on buying higher speed ram.

Get something CL2 or 2.5 and if you can for the same price, get something like corsair ram. ECC whacks an extra topping on the final price 🙁

ah okay 🙂 im gonna go for some Non-ECC Crucial DDR 400 Ram... since i dont plan on overclocking im sure the crucial ram will be fine for me... agree? 😛
