How is this PC Power and Cooling 80mm fan?

PC Power and Cooling Silencer. I want to try and get my computer a little quieter and I wonder if I swap out my 80mm fans (I have 4-5 of them in my system), out with these if they will still perform well and quiet down my system at the same time.

No experience with them but I have been very pleased with the Panaflo L1A 80mm fans. They are extremely quiet.

I've use them and they're very good for quieting down a system and still maintaining good airflow when used in an appropriate case. I think that the L1A's are a bit quieter, have about the same airflow and can be found for less money, so I usually use the latter.
