Can easily be. I don't know what price the Lanparty SLI D or DR have in the place you live. MSI is also a very good choice..
 
Definitely... It may look as rubbish, but the layout is good, it has a lot of features, it's a very strong performing mobo, and it overclocks like hell... There are some reviews around...

InsaneTek: 310/370MHz (without/with memory divider)
Pro-Clockers: 297MHz
ClubOC: 270MHz (equaling 2.7GHz)
NeoSeeker: 290MHz (Winchester core, not the worst, but not the greatest either in overclocking)

Currently, it's undoubtedly one of the best available at that price point, coupling high-end performance with serious overclocking...
