How is this LCD?

That monitor is not worth it. Check out this thread
in the hotdeals about this monitor. Its 19" 12ms response time (good for gaming) and it is almost the same price as that 17 incher after rebate.

You better off buying dell regular 19" LCD than buying that one. It's good only for watching TV and nothing else.
