if youre using the raid i suggest you get 2 drives that are identical, thats if you dont want to lose 20gbs..

this is my own opinion.. im against buying the latest processor or something similar, because you pay soooooo much more for that extra 50-100 mhz that is only going to open photoshop a 1ms faster, or give you that extra FPS in UT. save the money and put it in toward some nice klipsh speakers or sumthin.

power supply is just fine..
 
It all looks good, except I might go with a different mobo. I'm not saying that is a bad mobo, just that you may not have as many problems if you go with one of the recently released KT266A solutions. Abit KR7? Asus? I agree with the other guys comments too.
 
There is no difference in speed between having 2x256 and 1x512. You might want to go with a 512 MB stick if you want to save more slots for future memory upgrades. Not a big deal tho.
