How is this Duron stepping?

Howdy,
I have an extra nforce board laying around, and I thought I'd play with a duron. I've been offered a 1ghz morgan, and the stepping is:

DHD1000AMT18
AAHH0136GPRW
97111161218

Any idea whether this could do 133 or not?

I had 2 durons in the past and oc'ing 1ghz duron to 1.33ghz is very hard.
you may want to lower the multi and set it to about1200 mhz.
However, you can oc the front bus really high with good mobo's.
Less cache means less heat and less Vcore. You can probably get 200mhz front bus with that chip.
 
I had a 1Ghz morgan core duron that would hit 1.33 and run 24/7. I think the highest I stably ran at was 1.4Ghz, but not for very long

I posted what codes it had, but it was a long time ago and doesn't come up in a search
