Why do I always see people ask if something is good AFTER they buy it?!?! Shouldn't you ask this question BEFORE?

Kind of pricey if you ask me. Should be a decent enough performer though. I could have built a faster machine for less though...in fact, I just did.

Hazuki it doesn't look too bad. It should handle most anything you throw at it and good call on the gig of RAM.

Why the hell would you need a gig of ram?

By the way, I am sorry for posting this on the wrong board. I just found this place and though I could get some nice honest opinions from you guys.

Because 512 is not enough for somethings and it's just as easy to get 2x512 as 1x512 and 1x256. 🙂

I found myself hitting the swapfile the other day while compiling something, with a few apps open. So I installed a second 512MB stick and all is now good. Shrug.

Ugod. I just bought a PC from them.

Man they sucked!

I specifically asked for a SATA HDD because I've got all these large IDE ones from my old PC I want to put in yet they sent me a PC with IDE. It took forever to convince them I had an IDE HDD in my PC. They wouldn't believe me. After finally convincing them, they decide to take their sweet time sending it to me. So my PC was sitting idle for 2 weeks waiting for the drive that I needed to use as a boot drive. I wrote them a nasty email bitching them out and I called them too yet they didn't care at all.

I'll never buy from them again.
