How is this budget build?

Price range is just about what i want and this should play my games at mid high-max settings. Anything overkill?

You could do better for that amount of money. Exactly how much better depends on the answers to the questions in the stickied thread by Blain, which you should really answer here. It will help you get the best advice.

Without a doubt though you could get a better quality power supply for the same or less money, and you should be able to find somewhat less expensive RAM.

Your video card is also underpowered if you intend to play new 3D games. If not, then please let us know what kind of games you play.

You haven't told us what "your games" are (see above), but there aren't that many new games out there that the GTX 650 Ti can max out.

The Corsair CX430(34.99 AR) is all you need. The 650 Ti is a "mainstream" card that doesn't pack the power of higher-end and more expensive cards and hence, doesn't require that many watts to function.
