I have been asking questions about various parts about different components, and am ready to build!

PLEASE when you POST threads asking for input on system builds tell us...

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing. Really just playing GPU intensive games, such as BF4, Crysis 3, etc along with daily things.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread. $1200 is the maximum I want to spend, but I could always go less.

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from. The United States. I hope to buy the parts from different websites and went scouring on Amazon, Newegg, at the Microcenter near me, etc looking at prices.

5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc. I would like an Intel CPU with a nVidia GPU. The folks over at Memory & Storage recommended a 1/2TB black, so I would like that also.

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are. I already have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse from my old computer, the one I am on now.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds. I am overclocking. The i5-4690K I was looking at is 3.5 stock, would like to get 4.4-4,6ghz.

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using? I have a 1080p monitor. It is 24" in size along with a refresh rate of 60hz.

9. WHEN do you plan to build it? Anytime within the next few weeks, as long as it is done.

X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software? I have a copy of Windows 7 Pro in my draw.

Thanks to folks that answered my questions on other questions; I have come up with my build. Please make changes to it.

Intel Core i5-4690K + Asrock Z97 Extreme4 Combo-$385 @ Microcenter
MSI GTX 770-$282 @ Newegg
Cooler Master 212 Evo-$35 @ Newegg
250gb samsung 840 evo-$110 @ Amazon
1tb WD Black-$80 @ Microcenter
3tb WD Green for backup-$110 @ Newegg
Lite-on ihas124-14-$13 @ Newegg
8gb g.skill ddr3-1600 ram-$80 @ Newegg
Corsair 300R-$60 @ Newegg
Seasonic 620W Modular Power Supply-$75 @ Newegg

Thanks for your help! The final cost for the following system is $1130, which is $70 below my budget.
