or is it pronounced:

Creme de cocoa would be pronounced cocoa but cacao wouldn't be, I don't believe.

It's pronounced "cremme de ca cowa"

It's also not cool to laugh at mispronounciations without being able to provide the correct one, learn that for real life situations because chances are, yours will be even worse.
