Hello again !
I just want to know how is the new VIA chipset on this motherboard ?
Is there still problems and incompatibilities like the old VIA chipsets ?
Currently, is there any other choises than VIA for AMD motherboard that support PC2700 ?

And what is this board on the gigabyte website ? GA-7VAXP ? Should I consider this one too ?
Thanks !

the 7VRXP is a POS. No 1/5 divider and everytime I tried to overclock to say 143MHz FSB it always reset back to 133MHZ FSB. Checkout the amdforums and you'll know what I'm talking about.

I have that board, and no problems..except the aforementioned fsb reset thing..

Thats not too big of a deal for me, as I dont overclock my cpu anyway.

I persnaly dont care, I bought it because of its features and the price, at the time there was no motherboard out there that offered the same value for money
