How is the performance of an oc'ed Duron?

I was just wondering how does a oc'ed Duron.. lets say a 700
to a gigahertz compare with a thunderbird and p3 at the same
speeds? in games and in business applications? Also are there
any webpages that show how exactly how to oc a Duron? and
I suppose using a conductive pencil is better than using a
regular #2 when you want to make the connections?

Overall it seems the Duron is about 5% slower than a T-Bird in games and maybe a bit closer to 10% slower in buisness apps.
