Treating someone different based on the color of their skin is the literal definition of racism. We need to have some consistency.

I meant announce. You know how they say what the penalty is over the loudspeaker while doing the appropriate motion gesture...what are they going to say for the N!&&@ penalty? What will the motion gesture be?

How about one hand covering the mouth with the other outstreched to the side waving up and down?

That seems sufficiently ridiculous for such a ridiculous penalty.
