How is the Mother Jones magazine ?

depends what you like. it has a liberal political sensibility, so if you are very conservative/ a Republican/ an environment hater then it won't be for you. I think it's a pretty cool mag.

I like politics. I read news and other sites. Thats the second reason I was interested.

Depends. If you're the DemocraticUnderground.com type, it'd be right up your alley. If you're more the FreeRepublic.com type, then it might be useful as fuel for your fireplace.

Years ago I read it regularly. It is very liberal, but it is also interesting and provides thought provoking information. A few of it's articles have been groundbreaking, with the major news media groups not picking up on the stories until much later. If you do subscrive and like it, you might also consider the Utne Reader.

I voted for Kerry, and I find that magazine to be lunatic fringe liberal. Then again, most followers of that magazine probably think Kerry is far too conservative for their tastes, and George Bush makes them cry.
