I heard it was pretty good, I found it for $30 +S&H. Is that a good price? I do not want to go with water cooling. Can someone help me?

Kk4JC, I think it looks pretty cool. I'm thinking about ordering it. Anyway heatsink-guide.com has a review of it.

EDIT: Check the "hardrive cooler comparison" link on the top of the first page. Their is a link to the I-Storm II there.
 
i love it. i have two of them in my case. super quiet. great protection against dust (has removable metal grill). performs as well as the best drive coolers out on the market. to me, it's worth the $30.
