How is the game HITMAN?

I have seen this game...its got a cool box and good reviews but does anyone own the game? and what other game would you compare it to?

It was cool upto the 4'th mission.
I god so PO'ed at that mission that I crushed the CD, good thing I allways make backups of my CD's 🙂

It has nice character to it, but it really isn't that fun. No One Lives Forever is a better game, Oni is a break from the norm and cool, and some people may even like Project IGI (play the demo first).

It's a cool game bu is pretty hard. Requires lots of thinking and replaying. Once I got to the Colobian jungle it kind of got stupid. That's not very far into the game though.

Overall, it is a pretty cool game.

I really liked it. Has some very cool AI, great atmosphere. Just really fun all around. My only complaints are the last couple levels of so aren't that good and the story is pretty weak.

EDIT: NOLF is better?! If NOLF plays anything like its demo then it's complete crap IMO, and nowhere near as good as hitman. Exact same thing for Project IGI.

its a great game..altho hard is definitely a good word to describe this game...i played the Lee Hing assassination level almost 50 times before i got fed up and turned on god mode.

Yeah the Lee Hong took me the longest too.

After a while I would just go around dropping as many people as possible with silenced piece or knife and hiding the bodies. Man I must have cleared half the level before I got noticed! 🙂

Sunner, does your backup copy work? Because my friend burned his copy of the cd but when he tries to play it with the burned copy he gets this message that says please insert the cd and restart the game. Do you know why it does that?

Nope, I dont know if there's any special way you have to copy the CD in any special way since a friend did it for me, my CD-R has been broken for some time so I couldnt do it myself.
But AFAIK he just cd-copied it.

In my opinion Hitman is really a nice game. Some levels are really hard, just stay silent.
NOLF is a very good game too.

I'd read some pretty crappy reviews of Hitman, but the demo seemed pretty cool to me, other than putting a tremendous strain on my puny system.🙂

Im enjoying it. The 4th mission is pretty hard and it will strain your PC. I have a 900Mhz T-Bird, 128megs of RAM, and a GeForce2 GTS, and it staggers every now and again. But I like it.
