I was just wondering, because I read that hardware meeting DX11 specs still doesn't fully support Order Independent Transparency.

We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. How is the DX implemention of OIT different from PVR's implementation?

I'm not sure what you mean by "PVR". I'm pretty sure DirectX 11 supports it, or at least makes it much easier for games to do it. When DirectX 11 first came out, AMD made a tech demo specifically featuring OIT.
