How is the best way to control 7 80mm fan speeds?

I am total new to doing anything with controling fans in my case. Any prebuilt controllers out there that you can control 7 different fans? If not what is the max there is on the market right now? The biggest I have seen was 4. Can you control part of them from your motherboard and the others from a controller? I dont know looking at cases similar to the Xaser III's.

Also anyone have any recomendations on the most quiet led fan?

With a fan controller.
Ive seen some that control 6, which asuming that one of those fans was on the CPU, would be ideal.

Just buy two fan controllers and add another fan

well i have nxp-201 vantec fanbus. each channel does 15-18watts, enough for atleast several per channel. 4 channels. i have 4 80mm on one channel alone. also makes it easier to control sets of fans.
