How is the ATI mobility X600 against Mobility X700?

I'm currently looking for a laptop and I have my eyes on a Toshiba Tecra A5 with an X600 w/128mb of ram

But how does it perform in games like Guild wars and Q4 against mobility X700?

And do You have better suggestions than mobility X600?

can you dig up the specs for these chips?

hopefully its not like the last gen ati chips, there was the 9600, and then the 9700, except the 9700 was just a overclocked 9600.

i know the X600 = pretty much the 9600, 4pipes 128bit mem etc. and the x700 should, if its like its desktop brother, have 8 pipes. so x700 should be better

you asked do you have better suggestions than a mobility x600? as for gaming, i hesitate to think how games would play. You definitely wont be able to play newer games at native resolution on a x600. Fear at maybe 640x480 medium/800x600 low maybe and farcry at 1024x768 medium low woudl prboably be fine though.
