How is Sony's monitor support?

In comparison to KDS, CTX, and Samsung? If I get a new blurry 21" monitor which company is good at doing non-conflict replacements?

KDS and Samsung would probably replace it without question.

Sony does not do replacements; you always have to send it into their repair facility, after which they either repair or replace your monitor. Very annoying and costs more. I'd buy a KDS / Samsung over Sony anyday.
