How is Ryzen's power efficiency?

I haven't seen a review that benchmarked its power efficiency yet. What is its power/efficiency ratio? To me, the #1 most important thing in a build is cool and quiet.

From just a handful of reviews (wonder why?) that have published this info, seems to be class leading atm purely in terms of perf/w & perf/$ both, even looking at Stilt's numbers it's excellent.
