How is Rosarito beach for New Years?

Has anyone been to Rosarito beach for new years? I'm looking to get away for a weekend.. please let me know what you think...

If you've ever been to Rosarito, it's usually the same. If MOBS and MOBS of drunk college kids and drunk mexican guys is your cup of tea, then you'll have a great time. I'm sure it'll be nuts for new years, I went on a random weekend this year in July and Papas and Beer was at capacity.
