my ultra-d seems to be flaking out..

how is rmaing with DFI? i cant seem to find a rma section on their website but i went ahead and sent them a e-mail.
 
It is very easy. They will ask to fax them/email a recipt along with the rma form. From there they will give you an rma number with directions. I have had good experiences with dfi support. I was able to go to DFI in Hayward/Union City to pick up raid drivers that where missing from my purchase.
