A couple of weeks ago my FIC-PA2013 Rev2.0 2mb MVP3 super socket 7 board just gave out. I think it was the AGP port dying from the power drain of the video card. (If you look on their website and a few others, you can find that such problems did exist. They usually advise against using GOOD video cards in these mb's in the agp form as a result).
I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate of how long it would take to get an RMA from these people. I've done their tech support thing online (to which I don't expect to get a reply for a long time). I've also called the number and spoken with one of their technical support guys, but he was unable to copy down my e-mail, so he gave me his. I have since e-mailed him a thorough description of the problem. That was last week. How long will it be before:
1. I get a reply
2. I get an RMA authorization
3. I get a new MB
Does anyone have any experience with this?
