Mission to Mars. I dont' remember if that's the one I seen or not. Actually I think I did see that one. It's a pretty good movie. But so like unreal but whatever. It's interesting but the scenery is kinda wacked.

I've seen neither because I know more about it than anyone in Hollywood ever will and won't pay them money to see them butcher reality for the purpose of self-aggrandizing fantasy.

I'll wait to watch it on tv. :)

I've seen Mission to Mars but I haven't seen Red Planet yet, and I don't plan to.. From what I've heard from friends, though, is that Red Planet is very far-fetched (even though Mission to Mars is as well).

There were some things that were farfetched with M2M yes, but there were many aspects that were scientifically accurate. That's what I liked.

It was long, drawn out and boring, but I still liked it, I think it was I was waiting for something to happen the whole movie.

I'm getting such mixed reviews about Red Planet. I'm going anyway. :p

Mission to Mars was a bad movie, I didn't like it, but Red Planet is a little better!

IMHO

Mission to Mars was okay until the last quarter of the movie. It was a cerebral movie gone bad . . .

Red Planet is a bit more action oriented, old-time sci-fi . . . kind of reminded me a little of "Pitch Black." I'd see RP again over MTM, but then again, Carrie-Anne Moss is in RP. ;)

To the ppl who saw Red Planet, is the movie all about fighting the robot? From the previews, it looks like that's all they focus on.

As far as I'm concerned, it couldn't POSSIBLY be worse than Mission to Mars. There are only a few movies I've seen in my life that I truly dislike, that is one of them. ;)

Mission to Mars is one of the stupidest movies I've seen in a while. It had some good moments, but there were far more stupid ones.

I thought Mission to Mars was going to be really stupid, so I never watched it. Maybe I will when it becomes a Favorite at Blockbusters. Red Planet was pretty good, as was Carrie Ann Moss. Oo la la:) The focus isn't on the robot, but it's so evil that it's in the back of your mind the whole movie.

Predictable ending though...meh....this role actually suited Val Kilmer well. I also like Tom Sizemore...what a funny dude.

I say M2M is my choice for the movie WAY overuseing the word "no" in one scene without break! AHH how many times can you say no? its over!! gaRR

I liked both. I liked Red Planet better. M2M's was decent, I dont care what anyone says ;). Of course, I am biased, because I like basically every movie about and/or taking place on mars, wether it is stupid or not.

Total Recall rules! The ending is far fetched and dumb, but the movie was good. Though, you'd think they would have installed bullet proof glass. :p~
