Man, there are a lot of people who really need to get over themselves on this forum.

LOL get over myself? How so, I have my opinion when the OP asked, just because you probably love PF Chang's and keep trying to defend it in this thread, doesn't mean everyone has to share your opinion, so sorry, I think you are the one that needs to learn a bit.

Uh, I don't love PF Changs. I like some of their food. I eat there once or twice a year and have been for over six years. How that is "trendy" I don't know.

I just find it funny that you are so willing to attach a label to every person that walks into a specific restaurant to eat. It's a restaurant, not a political party.

And if you actually took time to read this thread you'd see that I never once tried to "defend" PF Changs. Shocking, you make another broad generalization.

So the way that you feel insulted by my statement because you eat at PF Chang's is normal?

Yup I made a borad generalization, and guess what? It is a generalization and opinion, no where did I say it was a fact every single person that likes PF Chang's is a sheep, but I feel that in the "one around here" most people are.

EDIT: What if I disagree with you sig and say Ohio State is going to be the best college team ever this year because they were ranked number one? (not actually true, but you get the idea)

I am not insulted at all. And I understand where you are coming from. Every area is different. Around here, it's just a restaurant.. Not a social setting or status symbol. I like the food, but I wouldn't die if they disappeared. I just find it interesting that people have such ire and hatred towards stuff like PF Changs.

So truce.. :D

I would have to stab you in the face..

:D

I understand.. Trust me.. I don't like Ohio State and most of their fans, but I would never say "ALL OHIO STATE FANS ARE TRENDY ASSHOLES WHO JUST WANT TO BE SEEN IN AN OHIO STATE JERSEY BECAUSE THEY ARE #1".

Hell, my two of my best friends are Ohio State fans..

I see where you are coming from.. :)

Unless you're some Chinese food snob douchebag looking for authentic Chinese food it's very good food. I've eaten there many times and enjoyed it immensely.

I highly recommend it.

I work with a Chinese woman; some of the stuff she eats would make my dog vomit...and my dog will eat cat sh!t.

Notice there are no PFChangs in New York City and San Francisco, where the chinese people live.

I've spent my fair share of time in China and this is definitely not Chinese food. It is Chinese themed food and tasty. It is exponentially cleaner than any but the finest restaurants in China, I doubt you'd ever see a rat running across the floor at PF Changs. I go a few times a year and look forward to it. I've also taken Chinese nationals to Panda Express (as an experiment) and they were impressed with the cleanliness and service. They said it worked out to about twice as expensive as it would be in China and with a little bit of seasoning work the food was authentic.

I'll stick with my traditional hole in the wall places. At least they let me bring in my own fish and crab to have them cook.

3 dishes for $15 FTW!!!

Not a bad place. It's more of the environment and not so much in the food in my opninion. Food is above average.
