So, Newegg is offering a 60 dollar rebate for the PDC3200LLK Patriot Ram.

I am not interested in overclocking, so this 2gb of PC3200 ram for 124 seems like the best deal I can find, but I'm not sure what the track record for the Patriot brand is. Any feedback is appreciated.

Its a good brand w/ a lifetime warrenty, I'm using that exact kit in my Rig right now, doesn't overclock all that well but runs slightly above its rated specs and can't be beat for the price for DDR.

My rebate is still in the works, but I've been happy with mine. OC is in the sig. Besides being the cheapest, it's the only 2-3-2-5 1GB dimms I've seen. (Verified stability at 200mhz 2-3-2-5 1T with prime95)

They actually manufacturer a lot of the RAM sold under other brands. ;)

Good warranty. Fast service. Decent compatibility.
